Starting with fundamentals— breaking any subject down into simple shapes, lines, and color—each 1-hour session progresses to precise proportion, dynamic perspective, rich value, expressive texture, and strong composition, building confidence through step-by-step guidance for beginners and intermediates.

Beginner $250
Our 8-week beginner courses introduce students to the joy of art through the fundamentals of drawing and painting, as well as simple projects such as landscapes and still life. The goal is to build confidence with basic color mixing and brush techniques in a fun, supportive environment. All materials are provided, and each session ends with personalized feedback to spark creativity.
Intermediate $350
Over our 8-week intermediate courses, students will develop their artistic style using watercolor, oils, and mixed media, with a focus on composition, blending, and personal projects that extend beyond the basics. Students receive weekly critiques and hands-on guidance from Heather to find their unique voice.
Advanced $450
In our 8-week advanced course, students focus on developing
personal style and mastery of intermediate techniques. Students will work on portfolio building, experimental methods, and large-scale projects in individual areas of interest. Students will be empowered to create bold, expressive pieces. Classes emphasize individual critiques and photos of finished work.
